So the dreaded moment in every parents life that has an elementary student with a tablet device happened today to our family! We were packing up after waiting for our daughter to finish ballad class, and our son drops the Kindle face down on to the cement floor at the YMCA.
Needless to say there were ton's of tears shed and much gloom and doom spread by our son. When we made it home we chatted with Amazon customer support via chat and in less than 10 minutes, complete honesty on our part, and no begging! Amazon sent a new Kindle our way, we did not even have a protection plan on the device.
